Shipping

We are currently setting up our information with Paypal. We will be adding more shipping policies when the information becomes available.

We will ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Other carriers can be considered upon request.

Payment

Currently we only take payment through Paypal. For more information about Paypal and how it works, please click here.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Currently, there are no refunds...shipping insurance is highly recommended. If an item arrives broken, you will need to contact your carrier. We package everything with great care and document each package before it is sent. It makes it easier if there is a problem with the carrier.

Exchanges are possible if an error on our part has occured. Return shipping is soley the buyer's responsibility.

Special Requests

For special requests please contact me at [specialrequests@troughcreekcandleco.com].

Each request is unique, so there are no standard guidelines. However, for the most part, payment will be required upfront. Once I have completed the project, especially with jewelry, I will e-mail a picture for approval. Once everything is complete and everyone is satisfied, shipping costs will be the final payment.

Additional Policies

As I stated before, we are a small HOME-based business. All of our products are made in our smoke-free, pet-friendly home. While we make every effort to keep our two fun-loving, curious dogs and their hair away from our crafts, it may be possible you could find a stray hair. We apologize up front if this occurs.

We tell you this because we are up front and honest. Also, we say this just in case you may have severe allergies. Forewarned is forearmed.
